How long does it take to get started?
Most of the setup is on us: moving your records and putting in your fees. We agree a start date on the call, and your team gets a walk-through before the first day.
Can you move my data from my current system?
Yes. Patients, prescriptions and open balances come over from your current software or spreadsheets. We do the moving and you check it before going live.
What does it cost?
$399 a month for the first location, $349 for each one after. Unlimited staff. The exam scribe, scanning and Vee, our AI assistant, are included with a monthly allowance. Moving your records is $3,000 once, 50% off ($1,500) until December 31, 2026.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on the computers and tablets you already have. A phone works for dictation and for photographing work orders.
